What you will do:
Diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
Maintain strong customer service
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
What you will bring:
Must be experienced in troubleshooting, repairing, and selling HVAC
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Valid drivers' license
Ability to handle heavy equipment
Ability to work outdoors

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

LOCATION: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
HVAC Service: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
EPA Type II (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
Properly complete paperwork.
Join the on-call rotation.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Qualifications
You must have these things:
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
