W2 JOB NUMBER: NGGJP00016029 Work Location – Remote – may need to go to Waltham for occasional meetings Top 3 must have skills set:5 years experience reviewing / redlining complex IT contracts Strong understanding of technology related legal terms and procurement processes Strong negotiation skills JOB DESCRIPTION: IT Contract Manager (Networking Category) Client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Contract Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing Statement Of Works for the IT Networking, Telecom category, including Professional Services, SaaS and Hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reviewing, drafting, redlining and interpreting complex IT contracts and ensuring alignment with company policies, risk tolerance and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Review, draft and redline a wide range of IT Networking agreements, statement of work, including software licenses, professional services, hardware and professional services Collaborate with vendor, legal, cybersecurity and business stakeholders to align contract terms with company goals and compliance requirements Analyze contract language for risk, obligations, liability, service levels and cost control Support contract negotiations at Statement Of Work level ensuring terms are commercially sound and legally compliant Use Ariba Contract Software system to log all contract records and ensure timely renewal, compliance and reporting Tract contractual obligations, milestones and deliverables to ensure vendor performance and accountability Provide guidance of contract terms to stakeholders as required Qualifications:5 years' experience managing IT contracts and SOWs Strong understanding of technology-related legal terms and procurement processes Demonstrated ability to draft, redline and interpret complex IT contracts independently Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills Experience with using Ariba contract module Bonus but not required:Bachelor's degree in law, Information Technology, (JD) Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
