Job Details

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides financial management information and guidance to the Ministry Board, senior leadership and associates in the Ministry and to pursue orderly growth opportunities, measure performance, identify and control business risks and increase the value of the Ministry. This position may exist for a single facility Ministry or a multi-facility Ministry. Education: Masters degree in Accounting or Finance or the equivalent experience in related field required; CPA preferred. Experience: Previous experience (5-8 years) in financial leadership of an acute care hospital is required, preferably in CFO or Controller role. Demonstrated experience in providing financial leadership in an acute care hospital within a health care system.
