Pay: $12.50-$13.00 (temp to hire)

Schedule:Flexible, Monday-Sunday

Day Shift works 7a-3

Evening Shift works 3p-11p

Night shift works 11p-7a

Job Duties:

• Greet guests in an efficient and courteous manner
• Helping guest check-in or check-out
• Reviewing and process payments for hotel services and making reservations over the telephone
• Acting as a point of communication for guest needs
• Checking emails, printing reports, entering data, etc.
• Overseeing other front desk duties as assigned

• Must have a customer service personality and display excellent customer service
• Mus be able to learn a certain computer operating system
• Must not have an issue standing for your shift
• Must be able to multi-task under high stressful activities
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform daily hands-on tasks
• Must be able to be versatile and open on your availability 7 days a week but will have your days off
