We are looking for driven, ambitious, and competitive sales professionals who are eager to go the extra mile. In this innovative role, you will be responsible for increasing the utilization of XOFLUZA in your assigned territory through effective brand messaging, strategic call planning, and access support.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies, both in-person and virtually
- Utilize excellent sales skills to directly influence the use of XOFLUZA
- Employ entrepreneurial efforts to maximize the potential of your territory
- Deliver approved information and tailored messaging to target accounts
- Meet sales and call activity goals as defined by the company
- Complete administrative tasks as needed
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Strong background in primary care sales or similar industries
- Proven account management skills to gain access and support from health systems and pharmacies
- Hands-on mentality with urgency and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel by car within your assigned territory
- Ability to travel by plane (including overnight) for coverage of other areas if required
- A competitive mindset
- Resilience in the face of rejection
- Discipline and strong self-management skills
- Capacity to manage a high volume of face-to-face interactions while executing a focused call plan
- Business acumen
- Familiarity with pharmacies and proven success in influencing inventory stocking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport
- Motivated by performance and a desire to enhance earnings
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient with computers/iPads
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
