Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our production crew in Alexandria, LA. This full-time position offers steady hours, a climate-controlled facility, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot equipment and system components
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Maintain accurate records and complete quality control documentation
• Identify and repair basic mechanical issues
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Build and maintain machine canisters used in production
• Track time and materials used on work orders
• Work independently and support team goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude essential
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (minimum 1 year)
• Background in automation, robotics, or inventory systems is a plus
