• Check IDs confidently for any age-restricted sales
• Keep the store safe: clean spills fast, put out wet floor signs, and report anything that needs attention
• Handle cash safely, make frequent drops, and follow all money-handling steps
• Show up on time and ready to go
• Greet customers with a smile, help them find what they need, and thank them for choosing us
• Jump in to help teammates-no "that's not my job" mindset
• Keep fountain, coffee, and work areas clean, stocked, and inviting
• Pitch in on deliveries and daily cleaning checklists
• Call for backup when lines get long (IC3)
• Follow cell phone and break policies so customers stay the focus
• Stay open to new ideas, improvements, and learning new things
• Be honest, responsible, and proud of the work you do
• Aim high, celebrate wins, and make a positive impact on your team and customers

• This role involves frequent standing and walking, with occasional bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• The job requires regular use of hands, normal hearing and speech, and standard vision capabilities.
