Mon-Fri; 40h per week or Part time A CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) involves planning and coordinating recreation-based therapeutic programs to improve patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans using activities like sports, arts, and community outings, and documenting patient progress. CTRSs use creative, goal-oriented interventions to help patients cope with stress, learn social skills, and regain independence.
