We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic Alexandria Design Center team.

Responsibilities:

• New Home Construction: Building high-quality homes on time, on budget, safely and with high customer service and satisfaction.
• Warranty: Supervising service for completed home projects.

Qualifications

• Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience
• High management, organization, communication, technical and supervision skills with attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects, along with 2+ years of project management experience
