The Geo Group - - Responsibilities: Prepare production/service and preparation/inventory documents before each meal; Oversee records such as service plan, tray assessments, restricted diets, daily sanitation, and meal delivery; Carry out the orientation and training program for detainee workers; Ensure safety compliance and monitor equipment maintenance; Work alongside our Food Services Manager for preparation scheduling and quality assurance
