Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through company systems
Communicate order status and shipment updates to customers
Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation, including order confirmations, invoices, and reports
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Support sales representatives by assisting with administrative sales functions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Monitor open orders and proactively address issues that may impact customer satisfaction
Coordinate the plywood consignment program
Coordinate internal reports
Book travel and/or trade show events
Job Experience/Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in business or communications preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Basic understanding of product lines and company operations
Familiarity with order processing systems and CRM platforms
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Strong data entry and multitasking abilities P
Behavioral Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining positive customer relationships
