The Retail Asset Protection & Environmental Health and Safety Manager reports directly to the Director of Asset Protection/Environmental Health and Safety. They are an integral member of the retail leadership team for the market they cover and are responsible for leading the efforts that ensure the safety and security of our stores for both team members and customers. The AP/EHS Manager is responsible for risk mitigation, planning and providing real-time support and communication should security breaches and/or critical events arise. They are accountable for controlling and managing their respective market's shrink, safety performance, inventory management metrics and fraud/abuse. This position requires the ability to influence, teach, coach and train others. In addition, the AP/EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring operational and procedural compliance, auditing, conducting investigations, managing, and proposing solutions to mitigate losses as well as presenting findings to leadership.
