Insurance Verification Specialist - Alexandria, LA

A dental office in Alexandria is looking to add a full-time Insurance Verification Specialist to their team. This is a direct-hire role with steady hours and a friendly work environment.

Pay: $15-$20/hr, based on experience

Schedule: • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM-5:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Verify patient insurance and confirm coverage
• Update and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with front-office tasks when needed
• Communicate with patients about their benefits
• Work closely with the dental team to support daily operations

• Experience with dental or medical insurance is a plus
